Member Participation and Governance

Proposal Submission

Any member holding a node NFT has the right to submit proposals to TIA DAO. Proposals may involve investments in ecosystem projects, staking strategies, technical upgrades, or other DAO-related topics. Proposals need to include detailed descriptions, background information, and implementation plans.

Voting and Decision-Making

Once a proposal is submitted, it enters the voting and decision-making phase of the DAO. Every member holding a node NFT has the right to participate in the vote to decide whether to accept or reject the proposal. Voting is weighted based on token holdings to ensure fairness between larger and smaller stakeholders.

Execution and Oversight

Proposals that are approved through voting will be executed, and their implementation will be monitored and reviewed. This ensures the implementation and effectiveness of proposals while maintaining transparency and accountability within the DAO.
